I’ve been interested in 'mind-related matters' for as long as I can remember and been working in the field since qualifying in Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in 1999/2000 with Dr Susi Strang & Associates.

I particularly like helping people with their relationship issues, before, during and after separation and divorce.  I also offer help to the victims of domestic violence who are usually suffering extremely low self esteem.

In addition to being a Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I’ve also trained in TFT (Thought Field Therapy), which is based on the work of Dr Roger Callahan PHD, a Californian Clinical Psychologist with over 40 years of experience.

However, I’m always looking for quicker and more effective methods and when I experienced EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for myself the first time, I was extremely impressed!  I went on to study this new method of Energy Meridian Therapy which is actually a progression from TFT and was developed over a number of years by Gary Craig (www.emofree.com). EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) offer, in my experience, a far superior tool.  You may have seen Paul McKenna using these ‘tapping’ techniques to great effect on television helping many people overcome their fears and instantly reduce their addictive cravings.

EFT is such a simple method of taking almost any stressful or emotional concern (energy blockage) and simply melting it away within just a few minutes.  It’s based on Chinese acupuncture, but without the needles and is so simple that even children can gain the benefits in a few minutes.  (See page “Thought Field Therapy”)
